We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to secure our upcoming styles before they officially launch. Please read the details below to understand how pre-orders work.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is available in stock. By placing a pre-order, you ensure that the product is reserved for you and shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Pre-Order Timeline

  • Production & Processing: Pre-order items are made to order and typically require 3–4 weeks before dispatch.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched from Pakistan, shipping timelines follow our standard shipping policy:

    • USA: 5–7 business days (Standard) / 2–3 business days (Express)

    • Australia: 7–10 business days (Standard)

    • Pakistan: 3–5 business days (Standard)

  • You will receive email updates once your order is on the way.

Payment for Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase.

  • This secures your order in our production queue.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as production may have begun.

  • If you wish to request a cancellation or refund, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Once your pre-order has shipped, you can track it in real time via our Track123 portal:

Important Notes

  • Delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to production schedules or unforeseen delays.

  • If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. For faster delivery, we recommend ordering in-stock items separately.
